On Sunday, March 11, 2018, at 1215 hours, Lieutenant Justin Bedwell received a phone call from Bainbridge Public Safety Officer Larry Jackson. Jackson told Lt. Bedwell he had located a Possible Missing Juvenile and vehicle at 110 Martha Avenue in Decatur County, Georgia. Lt. Bedwell was familiar with the juvenile Jackson had talked about due to an earlier BOLO being issued by Decatur/Grady 911. The juvenile was reported missing from Jesup, Georgia.
