On Sunday, March 11, 2018, at 7:18 Am, Decatur County Sheriff’s Deputy Gary Hines responded to a Found Property call, at the address of 106 Tyler Road, located in Bainbridge, Decatur County, Georgia.

On March 14, 2018, at 1853 hours, Deputy Justin Kelly and Sgt. Adam Mobley responded to 632 Randolph Court, to assist Melinda King and Lee Tiner of DFACS, with a Welfare Check of the children in the home. Chan Strickland and Wayne Bryant with Department of Community Supervision also responded to the residence to assist.

On Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at 0323 hours, Deputy Codey Vaughn was dispatched to 3666 Old Whigham Road in Decatur County, in reference to a Suspicious Vehicle. Deputy Vaughn made contact with the driver, John Sparks. Sparks advised Deputy Vaughn that he was out of gas and lost.

On March 16, 2018, at 2202 hours, Deputy Justin Kelly was patrolling the area of Black Jack Road in Decatur County, Georgia. While on patrol, Deputy Kelly observed a tan in color Chevrolet Tahoe traveling West on Black Jack Road. Deputy Kelly observed the Tahoe not come to a complete stop at the stop sign on Black Jack Road at its intersection with Sasser Store Road. Givens had an Outstanding Warrant through Cairo Police Department and was arrested. Casteel was also arrested and issued one citation for Failure to Stop at a stop sign and one citation for Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce.

On Sunday, March 18, 2018, at 1336 hours, Deputy Michael Musgrove and Deputy Marvin Knight responded to 2654 Old Whigham Road, in reference to an Unruly Juvenile.

On Monday, March 19, 2018, at approximately 1751 hours, Sergeant Shelby Gale responded to 3424 Old Whigham Road, in reference to a Domestic in progress involving a handgun.
