On April 20, 2018, at approximately 1130 hours, Deputy Justin Kelly was patrolling the area of GA. Hwy. 27 near its intersection with Woodhull Road, Bainbridge, Decatur County, GA. While there, Deputy Kelly observed a black Infiniti with very dark window tint travelling North on GA. Hwy. 27. Deputy Kelly conducted a traffic stop and arrested Bythewood for Possession of Marijuana Less than one ounce. At the Jail, Deputy Kelly issued Bythewood one citation for Window Glazing Violation.
