On Thursday, July 5, 2018, Investigator Vincent Edmond was located in his office at the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office. Edmond received a phone call from Seminole County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Lee Owens. Owens told Investigator Edmond that a male name Clayton Snow was located at American Pawn on West Street in Bainbridge, GA at the present moment pawning a Stolen lawnmower. Investigator Owens requested that Edmond try to intercept Clayton Snow and place him under arrest.
