On Monday, September 17th, 2018, at 1735 hours, Deputy Garrett Wooten met with Geraldine White at her residence at 311 Old Pelham Road, in reference to Fraud.

OFFENDER: BILLY JAMES BOWEN
On Monday, September 17, 2018, Sergeant Vincent Edmond was on duty and located in Decatur County, Georgia. Sgt. Edmond was traveling northbound on Yates Springs Road when he got behind a white pickup truck that was towing another pickup truck on an automobile hauler. There was a piece of metal hanging off of the truck that was being towed that was causing sparks of fire to come from underneath the hauler. Sgt. Edmond activated his emergency lights and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicles on Yates Springs Road near Highway 84.
Billy Bowen was wanted out of Seminole County and Mitchell County, Georgia, for Probation Violations, as well as Bay County, Florida for Theft of a Motor Vehicle. Sgt. Edmond then placed Bowen under arrest.

On Monday, September 10, 2018, at 1030 hours, Investigator Elijah McCoy responded to 326 Barbershop Road within Decatur County, Georgia. Upon arrival, Investigator McCoy spoke to the owner of the residence, Ryan Boulo, who stated that his barn had been broken into.

Edmond was contacted by E-911 and advised to give Deputy Jack Ezell with the Shelby County Illinois Sheriff’s Department a phone call, regarding an Order of Protection.
