On Thursday, October 4, 2018, Sergeant Vincent Edmond, Sergeant Justin Kelly, and Investigator Elijah McCoy were all on duty and located in Decatur County, Georgia. Deputies were located at 801 Gordon Avenue to serve an Outstanding Warrant on Kelvon Gibson. Gibson was arrested without incident.
