On Monday, January 15, 2018, Investigator Edmond received a phone call from Decatur County Deputy Sheriff Ramsay Simmons. Deputy Simmons told Investigator Edmond that the owner of Bob’s Package Store wanted a deputy to call the store and talk to an employee about a Possible Scam.

On Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at approximately 1057 hours, Deputy Charles King and Sgt. Shelby Gale were located at 112 West Water Street, in reference to a Wanted Person. Deputy King and Sgt. Gale made contact with Jason K. Madison. Madison had a warrant out of Dougherty County Sheriff Office. Madison was transported to the Decatur County Jail without incident.
