On April 15, 2018, at 0625 hours, Bainbridge Public Safety was dispatched to Memorial Hospital in reference to a Stolen Ambulance. B.P.S. initiated a traffic stop on the ambulance, but was unable to get the vehicle to stop. The stolen ambulance made its way to Tallahassee Highway and continued out of the city. Deputies Matt Reynolds and Michael Musgrove continued to Tallahassee Highway. Deputy Reynolds handcuffed Alicia and turned her over to Sgt. Pat Bryant. Handcuffs were double locked and checked for fit. B.P.S. took possession of the ambulance.
