Bainbridge-Decatur County YMCA is grateful and happy to share some great news! Shaw Industries has donated carpet tiles and glue sufficient to re-carpet both our Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms.
Although we regularly clean and do the best we can with our resources, 30+ years of use has rendered the carpet in these areas of the Y in dire need of replacement. Shaw Industries took our need to heart and donated the needed supplies to totally replace the current carpeting in both these rooms.
We are currently searching for the person who will install the carpet, but wanted to say a huge THANK YOU!!! To Shaw Industries. We will be taking before and after photos as we go, and posting them as well so keep an eye on us.
