On 08/23/2018, at approximately 1937 hours, Sgt. Presilla placed James Christopher Hines under arrest for a warrant out of Alabama. Sgt. Presilla transported and turned Hines over to the Decatur County Jail for processing.

On August 25, 2018 at approximately 2054 hours, Decatur County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Justin Kelly and Deputies Raymond Day and Garret Wooten responded to 125 P.R. Harrell Road, Climax, Decatur County, Georgia, in reference to a Welfare Check.
