A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Frankie Lee Perkins will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 1PM at Bouie Memorial Chapel located at 502 WEST SHOTWELL STREET, Bainbridge, Georgia with Reverend Lonzy Harrison, Officiating. Visitation will be Friday, November 23, 2018 from 9AM until 7PM. Care and Direction entrusted to Collins Family Mortuary.
