A Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Rosa Manuel will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 11AM at New Jerusalem M.B. Church located at 311 1st Street SE, Havana, Florida with Pastor Lionel Leonard, officiating. Interment will follow in Piney Grove P.B. Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 9:30AM at the church. Care and Direction entrusted to Collins Family Mortuary.
