Lawrence Jay Frank, Jr. was born March 8, 1963 in Abington, PA, the son of Lawrence Jay Frank, Sr. and Carole Ewer Frank. He was a Penn State graduate who proudly served his county in the United States Navy. Upon discharge from the Navy, Jay moved to southwest Georgia where he met and married the love of his life, Cindy Regan. Jay was a sales representative for Terminix and attended Connection Church.

Nicknamed “The Google Man” because of his attention to detail, Jay could answer most any question. He loved researching and sharing what he learned. He was easy going but passionate. Jay loved God first and lived out that love by serving others in need. He was the funny, favorite uncle that managed to never short change the kids on time. His smile, his ability to see the silver lining in most any situation and his genuine love for others drew strangers like a magnet. He enjoyed cooking and especially the banter when comparing “home cooking” with “Yankee food”. Jay was a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy who just kept it real.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Regan Frank; his children, Wesley Jay Frank of Troy, AL, Eric Childree of Bainbridge, GA and Anna Wilson and her husband, Kyle, also of Bainbridge, GA; his maternal grandmother, Pearl Smith Ewer; his sisters, Sharon Allen of Manassas, VA and Sandra Behrig of Sauderton, PA; and a host of nieces and nephews. Jay was preceded in death by his parents.
