On Wednesday, December 12, 2018, in the afternoon hours, Investigator Vincent Edmond was on duty and located in Decatur County, Georgia. At the request of Chief Investigator Elijah McCoy, Investigator Edmond responded to 146 Northside Drive, to speak to Larry Adams about a Theft.

On 12/13/2018, at approximately 0915 hours, Deputy Presilla was located at Decatur County Sheriff’s Office, when a call for service was in front lobby. Deputy Presilla spoke with the complainant, Richard Donalson, who stated he had some equipment taken from his shop located at 2710 Dothan Road.
